1. Select one or more search criteria for duplicate emails: messages with the same subject line; letters from the same sender; letters sent to the same recipient; messages with the same content.

2. Specify the folder where the duplicate letters will be searched.

3. If necessary, specify the folder that should be excluded from the search, and click the "Start" button.

4. When the process of searching for duplicate messages is completed, go to the “Search Results” tab and mark the copies of the letters you want to delete. In each group of duplicates, you must leave at least one copy of the letter, otherwise there will not be a single version of the message.

5. Select the “Delete” action to remove duplicate emails that you specified.
